Important Recent Cases of 2019-2020 | Major Landmark judgments of 2019 – 2020

In this video, we will discuss some important Recent and Landmark cases of 2019-2020. I have made this video specifically for exam preparation such as CLAT 2020, NET 2020, Judiciary Exams and other Exams. This video will also be a useful study material for various other College exams as well as Competitive Exams.
🥁🥁🥁Some Corrections in the Video:
🥁The Supreme Court came into existence on 28th January 1950 (2 days after enactment of Constitution i.e., 26th January 1950)
🥁In the Case of Shrimanth Balasaheb Patil v. Hon’ble Speaker Karnataka: The Supreme Court upheld the Speaker`s order for Disqualification of the MLA`s but set aside that part of the order which restricted them from contesting Elections till the end of the Current Assembly.
So Yes!, the Speaker DOES have the right to disqualify the members (As recently happened in Manipur)
So this Entire video covers:
